GWC :: Remote Management
The remote maintenance product we offer allows us to solve problems remotely at your location. This has proven to be extremely valuable, especially with our far away clients. Generally when you call a service entity they put you on their schedule and get to you when they can. With Group W Communications we usually can begin working on the problem within about 15 seconds. This is a great convenience especially for our clients that are as far away as Tulsa OK and Denver CO. We don't have to drive for 2+ hours to look at a problem that takes 5 minutes to fix. In addition, the client is only charged for the actual time spent on the problem. Most companies have a 1-hour minimum time billing. With our remote maintenance product if we spend 17 minutes working on a problem you get billed for 17 minutes, not a whole hour because we did not have to physically show up on site. This is also used for updates. Every day new threats are introduced on to the Internet, and the major software vendors release patches to combat these threats. With our remote product we are constantly updating your systems so that they have the latest security patches, and hot fixes available to protect you from Internet borne threats.
The optional virus notification product is designed to alert us if a virus enters your network through e-mail. Upon a virus being detected we are alerted with in 1-2 minutes and can call the user that has received the virus to make sure that it has been deleted effectively.
All of our monitoring services are 24 hours a day 365 days a year. So you never have to worry about who is watching your network and protecting your data.
